Dear NGSec 2017 Attendees and Partners,
During previous NGSec editions we were preparing a conference program based on wide range of topics covering the most important prediction for threats and trends in security world. This time, unlike previous editions, we want to focus on the narrower and hottest areas of information security that we see in our region, which particular deal with information processing in the cloud:
- security of services provided in the public cloud model as well as itself security of the public cloud
- services in public cloud as a part of security systems
- private and hybrid cloud with their own security mechanisms and dedicated security systems for cloud architectures
- how to build own SOC systems and CERT/CIRT team or use outsourcing for such services
Of course, we don’t exclude other topics worth presenting, but we think that especially these mentioned areas are especially important to present this year.

Members of the 5th edition of NGSec had a choice of three thematic paths: business, technical and workshops. They listened during 2 days more than 40 professional lectures about IT Security, given by over 30 speakers. Every year our conference is visited by increasing number of guests. In 2016 the event was visited by over 300 IT professionals.
